Family relocation, slow and steady

A calmer way
to move your
whole family
to Russia.

No frantic checklists. No 14-tab spreadsheet. One small team takes your visa, home, school and healthcare from "considering it" to "the kids are unpacking" — at the pace your family actually needs.

— Two principles

We move fewer families,
and we move them better.

A small caseload is the only way we can keep the experience this calm. We take a handful of families per quarter and stay on call until they're settled.

— Principle one

One person, all the way through.

The same case manager from the first call to the day your kids start school. No handoffs, no "I'll need to check with the visa team." Slower at the edges, faster at the middle.

— Principle two

Family pace, not paperwork pace.

We adjust the timeline around your school year, your closing date, your aging parents — not the other way around. The dossier waits for the family. Always.

ii.

We map a visa route (Shared Values or Golden) and propose two or three regions that match the life you described.

iii.

Apostilles, translations, school waitlists, bank pre-opening — all handled. Your job: pick a sofa.

iv.

The welcome trip

You arrive. We meet you at the airport. Property visits, biometrics, banking, healthcare onboarding — three days, calm.

v.

The first year

Weekly check-ins. School updates. Tax setup. The first family Christmas in Russia. We stay until the rhythm is yours.

— Adjacent pathways

The two visa routes we work with.

Most families fit one or the other. We'll tell you which on the first call.

I cannot imagine having attempted the medical check and the visa application on my own. They walked us through every appointment, every document, every quiet question we were afraid to ask. The kids are at school now. We're home.

— Quietly answered

The questions most families ask.

How quickly can a family actually move?

Most family relocations take 6–9 months from first call to settled. Faster is possible (Shared Values Visa is ≈6 months alone), but we tend to align the move to a school term boundary so the kids land into a stable rhythm.

Do we need to speak Russian?

For the Shared Values Visa, no — there's no language requirement at entry. Russian is needed later if you want to upgrade to permanent residence (a basic exam). We coordinate tutors during your first year.

Can we buy a home in Russia as foreigners?

Yes. There are no nationality requirements to buy property. Restrictions apply only to specific land categories (border zones, agricultural land, seaport zones). We disclose any extra procedure during eligibility.

What happens with our taxes?

Russia's flat personal income tax is 13%. Pensions are taxed at 0%. Capital gains at 15%. Rouble term deposits currently access yields up to 15%. We introduce you to a tax adviser during the welcome trip.

Are you a real-estate agency or a relocation desk?

A relocation desk. We work alongside vetted local real-estate professionals in each of the five regions, but property is one of seven things we coordinate, not the centrepiece. Evaluate alternative pathways via the Russian Golden Visa framework.

— When you're ready

One quiet conversation
to start.

No forms. No funnel. Tell us who's coming and what you're leaving behind. We come back within one business day.
